Blackberry Software
When I tried to install it for the first time I had to use an external drive because the drive on my laptop will not work. It said I had an invalid H drive. So I went to Blackberry’s website and downloaded it. I installed it again and it also said invalid H drive. I can’t figure out what the problem it, please help!

Drive H just means one of your slots in your computer .Like for your USB or any connection to your computer.
Did you check if it was fully inserted?
That must of been the problem ! 
download and run ccleaner,it will clear out your temp files then restart your computer
h drive should be the recovery partiton but depending on system might be virtual drive via software if you use software like game jackel it creates a virtual drive and because its not really a drive it will error out
some times memory cards and memory sticks will do this too
