@datniggami6 I’m right here, Nancy. If you feel froggy, I’ll simply smack your ass unconscious and gently lay you right in that ditch with a nice pillow and milk bottle that you can suck on.

Seriously, stop bitching because Hogan got caught. Dumbass should have done the right thing from jumpstreet. Apple is powerful. Only a dumbass FUCKS with powerful corporations and acts like its all a game.

Fuck him and fuck you. Now go be butthurt someplace else.

  10. datniggami6 says:

@sc0pl355 WRONG! Only in the eyes who believe that dumb shit. I wouldn’t have gave Apple back shit.

  11. sc0pl355 says:

@KonradxHylton If you would have done what he did then you would be in trouble all the same. I hope you learned something from this.

Apple is not all smiles and sunshine. They never were.

  12. KonradxHylton says:

@sc0pl355 True, True.If I’m honest, then I admit that he is in the wrong. I guess I just feel to protect because that is probably what I would have done.

  13. sc0pl355 says:

@KonradxHylton I already read the article.

did you read the newest reports on Wired concerning the court papers being opened up? the guy looks guiltier and guiltier. Also, in the article that you listed, Gizmodo even said that the guy could have done A LOT more to get them their phone back, but he didn’t.

  14. KonradxHylton says:

@sc0pl355 Well what did you want him to do? TYT left out some important details. Read this article gizmodo(.)com/5520438/how-apple-lost-the-next-iphone.

Besides, how was he contacted apple, and they ignored him

  15. sc0pl355 says:

@KonradxHylton Law says that property MUST be returned to the owner. Dude fucked with the wrong company and got in deep shit.

Just because you get away with fucking over Joe, doesn’t mean that Bob won’t break your jaw if you try to do the same to him.

  16. sc0pl355 says:

    @datniggami6 >Dude ain’t steal shit.

If you try to sell someone else’s property, that is theft. In this case, considering the value of the phone and how much money Hogan got from the sale, it is easily grand theft, which is a felony.

  17. sc0pl355 says:

@watermelonygoodness >what possible way does the guy who found the phone have of contacting Gary Powell?

    1) Leave his contact info with the bartender
    2) Do a return call to the last number called or received on that phone and tell the person on the other end that you found Gary’s phone
    3) Realize that it is NOT your phone and leave it alone instead of trying to sell it like a dumbass.

Might makes RIGHT. Apple is right to crush that little worm.

  18. datniggami6 says:

Fuck Ana on this. Dude ain’t steal shit. I woulda shopped for more money and NEVER gave Apple SHIT! Fuck Apple!

  19. AlvaroAndfriends says:

APPLE COPS? Sounds delicious is there a restaurant that sell those? LOL

  20. GonnaCsonkaYa000 says:

    Apple cops, omg that’s funny.

  21. watermelonygoodness says:

One thing we know for sure; Gary Powell is now unemployed.

  22. watermelonygoodness says:

Assuming he didn’t see the man who left the phone in the bar, and this was just a prototype, what possible way does the guy who found the phone have of contacting Gary Powell? Finders keepers.

  23. KonradxHylton says:

Come on. The guy was drunk at a bar and he left his iphone there. The dude who picked it up was probably drunk as well. ITS a BAR!
Therefore it’s not stolen, it was lost. Do you know the amount of times I have seen people leave Blackberry’s and iPhones at bars? Including my self. Most of the time, when we sober up we give it back to the bar. And the bartender sells it on the streets.

No one did anything wrong here except for apple. They may have been irresponsible though.

  24. thebsdguy says:

@KidOmniMan I won’t dispute that. I have friends who ask me what computer they should buy and I direct them to refurbished Macs or new Macs on Amazon (to avoid sales tax) if they aren’t very savvy on avoiding malware.

  25. KidOmniMan says:

@thebsdguy Yeah, some PCs are great and with a user that knows what they are doing they can be totally stable and excellent, not disputing that. If you take 1000 average PCs with average users and 1000 average Macs with average users, let them surf the net, download programs and generally just use them for a few years I would put money down that the PC users will encounter more problems and crashes than the Mac users, at least from all of mine and my friends’ experiences.
