What I’m trying to think through is if one does go the self-quarantine route, how will that work? Will the authorities board up your house with you in it?; cut off all your utilities? Or will the utility companies cut you off because the meter readers can get near your property, or because you can’t pay the bill because you can’t recieve/send mail? And then when the “crisis” is over, then what?
