You DON’T have to keep hitting the back button to get to the main screen. All you do is just hold the back button for a little more than a second and it’ll take you there. Problem solved.
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. What a piece of garbage. It is slower than a fat man in a marathon.
You hold the back button to go back to the home screen.

Wow, this is great for people who are constantly driving, it’s awesome how you can directly get directions for any address in even messages. Scrolling seems REALLY smooth O.o it is pretty pricey though, should get it only if you really need it =.=;
looks pretty much like any other touch screen out there, besides the interface
