Epic comes out with 2.2 update at the end of September. Not a news for Samsung news trackers. I got Epic because of that.
@KoolCordell will get flash with 2.2 update at the end of september. Then, the choice will become even more obvious.

I am deaf and I perfer epic with keyboard to text faster.
i checked the samsung epic and the physical keyboard is being scratched every time you open it and close it , moving parts can be bad when it come to a device you use so often , the htc evo only have touch screen which require only a tap of a fingure to work , no moving parts !!! + it have HDMI port with 1080p !
so my choice it the htc evo

you didn’t go over call quality after all it is a phone plus i also herd the epic had a tinny sound when the volume is up for the earpiece and/or speaker

Yes it was helpful, and i choose the EPIC over the EVO because of camera quality and audio quality, and because the touchwiz is so much cooler then sense…i think anyway

WAIT so on the pic do you not have a hq option for youtube. This matters to me as i watch most of my subscriptions on the go.
The video playback looked better on the epic. the evo looked choppy

Boy, That Super AMOLED screen on the Epic is gorgeous
@gilly11277 well the epic just performs a little faster in all regards, so i like it better, but other that that i agree. i hate samsung and love HTC
just so you fuckers know, the only reason the epic is a tad bit faster is because the hummingbird processor has a newer architecture thus giving the epic a little boost. but over all the Evo wins, and HTC is way more B.A. than Samsung…just sayin.
