Piece of junk — fails every time!,
This is a knock off of Apple’s (over-priced) cable set. The difference is that theirs WORKS and this one does NOT. It’ll push video for about 10 seconds and then fail. Everytime. I made an online appointment and took my iTouch into an Apple store and watched then test this cable. Failed every time. Then they used THEIR cable with my iTouch and it WORKED, everytime. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. Unfortunately my over-exhuberant wife thew out the packaging so I couldn’t return this POS.
Anybody wanna but a non-functioning composite AV cable — REAL CHEAP???

Read other comments- Apparently the new iPhone and its newer firmware requires an Apple certified cable with a chip in the cables to work. Audio works fine but no video. Vendor needs to clearly re-label this product (says it both DOES and DOES NOT work with iphone 3G in the title.)
