@ricksk81993 You do realize that the market these kind of phones goes for is not average joe but construction workers and other people that need work phones that can take some serious damage ?

  2. Flaeder says:

@ricksk81993 No people DO want this, I sell stuff to people who work in construction. They only need a phone that can handle dust, drops from ladders and wet ares etc. A phone with cool features is what they pick up when they go home. :)

  3. stapendian says:

@ricksk81993 the problem is that we dont need such phones as casual users. but this phone is made for people who have to work at extreme conditions. they dont need a phone which looks cool and has got things lots of us have in their phones but dont use. they need an nearly unbreakable phone…

Of course the manufacturers didn’t count with that this ape of a reporter would start smashing the screen against a metallic corner. I don’t think any kind of screen can withstand direct hits that, but the result is a fail nonetheless.

  25. msname says:

I realy like the reaction of Sonim’s CEO :)
Easy, calm and with good sense of humor. Way to go, it’s just some tool. Nothing to spill Guinness about!!!
