i’m having this problem where this black little box comes up and and inside is a little ticker and it keeps on loading is there anyway i can stop this??
I fix my blackberry curve 8900 with reload software 552 message.Download the blackberry desktop manager from your cd rom. Connect your blackberry to the laptop via usb then go to option application loader on the blackberry desktop manager. Go to option add/remove applications. It will ask for the device password if you got one setup on the device. It will connect to your blackberry device and you will see all your applications. Delete any new software which cause this message to come up.

@66kme There is a lot of tipes of curve, the codename of the 8900 “project name was javelin” but comercial name is curve8900.

@Mahzinemm It’s probably the LCD. You have to get a new LCD and that’ll cost you 80-120 depending on where you go to get it repaired. Or if you’re under warranty it’s free I guess.

Sorry about that bro, I have had this problem MANY times now and have somehow managed to fix the problem each time. I am sad to say that I am NOT AT ALL impressed with RIM about this product. Much less impressed than when I bought it.
