    @joevenuto cons of bb:

non interactive google maps (e.g u can’t map address of a place directly from app like “yelp”). I am very much used to this in iphone.
wifi set up is not as easy as in iphone, still not able to setup wifi connection to my home wifi router, this is pathetic. any help regarding this is really appreciated
u cannot browse internet while on a call. this is something bb has to take care of immediately.

@joevenuto have been using bb bold 9700 for a week now. it has some some real cool features than iphone and also lacks certain accessible options that iphone has.

    pros of bb:

    very good battery life,
    excellent email and messaging service.
    super calendar organization than iphone.
    very nice interactive keypad.
software is robust and does not restart at all.
excellent speaker and phone receiving capability.

@Uea90 I started off with an iPhone and after about a year I got a blackberry bold 9700 and I like it a lot better than the iPhone.

@uea90 I will be posting a video comparing the iPhone 4 to the BlackBerry Bold 9650 and give my opinions on it. The 9650 and the 9700 are very similar expect for size. As for the new releases, I’ve heard of a new pearl with a track pad as well as a BlackBerry Magnum with a full keypad and touch screen.

  12. joevenuto says:

@MileyHannahFan008 Wait for my iPhone 4 review to be up either Friday or Saturday. I’ll be comparing it to the Evo and BlackBerry Bold 9650.

  14. 777RavenousWolf777 says:

bold 9700 and itouch 3rd gen with iOS4 (or wait for 4th gen), and you will have best of both worlds!

@joevenuto All it takes on a blackberry to view full pages is one free download of opera mini, you get full web browsing, tabs, quick bookmarks and fast speeds. :)

I share your view…Maybe my next phone will be a Blackberry 9700…Iphone is cool but not enough flexible for business…Thanks a lot…Greetings from Italy!!! =)

@joevenuto Lol, I’ll probably get in alot of legal trouble for that :p

but I like the phone, its great! I just wish they would improve the screen, they have the storm 1′s screen on there so it has issues :p

@sharonnrocks96 In which case the only carriers that have the ability to unlock phones are AT&T and tmobile. You can also unlock the iPhone. But all four carriers have blackberries. I hope this helps.

  22. joevenuto says:

@sharonnrocks96 I believe the web experience is superior on the iPhone especially since you can view full websites with ease and not just the mobile versions, like the you almost have to with the blackberry. As for fast texting, it gets easier and easier to text on the iPhone the more you use it, but typing is just easier on the blackberry, there’s no hiding it. As for the at&t comment other carriers have blackberries but no phone can be transferred to another carrier unless it is unlocked.

  23. sullivangarry says:

@joevenuto true, but I just love the physical keyboard and desgin of the BB, it’s better I get the BB anyway, bc I have an iPod Touch which is exactly lyk an iPhone. :)

  24. sharonnrocks96 says:

I’ve wanted an iPhone (possibly Iphone 4), but I also want a Blackberry, I want a phone that can browse the web good, and would let me text quickly. I don’t need a phone for business purposes, because im still in school. What would you recommend? Also, since AT&T can hold both the Iphone and The BlackBerry, but the blackberry can go for MORE than just AT&T would that count as an advantage over the Iphone?
