AT&T BlackBerry Curve 8300 using hacked Verizon 8830 theme on T-Mobile.

phew.. that was a long title.
This theme is really neat, it has a "most used" row of programs, and if you hit the blackberry key it reveals all of them. it works similar to the mac os x dock, when you hover over icons, a title fades in.
I got this theme from BlackBerryForums.com – it is intended for a verizon 8830 blackberry, I believe. It was modified for use on the Curve.
